1.Description:

Straight /Flexible Single pcs straw packing machine SP35 series is a high speed straw packing machine, suitable for packing the straight straw and flexible straw. Wrapping material can be paper or bopp film.

Straight straw pack by paper : 600-800pcs/min

Straight straw pack by film : 400-500pcs/min

Flexible straw pack by paper :500-550pcs/min

Flexible straw pack by film :300-400pcs/min

Characteristics:

1-High speed:600-800pcs/min.

2-Save the power: the conveyor system can be controlled individual.

3-Single pcs straw feeding,printing,filling,packing,cutting finished at once.

4-If the raw material is paper, it can printing 1 colour,2 colour,3 colours on the wrapping
5-Automatic counting, and batch alarm.

6-The packing speed can be adjustment

7-The AC contactor and knob switch brand is SCHNEIDER, the conveyor switch is OMRON.

8-The inverter brand is DELTA
