(2)During the operation ,one of stand is alway prepared which can be lifted quickly as a whole to short 40% time.

(3)Adjusting the rolling mill to off-line position after lifting the stand which would not effect the normal production.what’s more those operation can ensure adjusting precision of equipment to improving the production quality.

(4)The three roller are adjusted in the same step to sure the consistency both roller open and working angle to avoid the mistake by manual operation
