Product’s characteristics:

YX2 seriespermanent-magnet lifter can bewidely used in machinery,metallurgy,mine,dockand other situation whichneed to transport steel plate, steel pipe and round steel.

Applicable:

1. YX2 series adopts the structure of ratchet wheel type/carrier rod type, achieves the feeding and discharging action automatically. It is used for short and thick steel plates.

2. It has equipped with air-gap adjusting rod which can adjust the attraction to lift and transport steel plate with single one conveniently.

3. It has requirement to attracted materials’ outline dimension and weight (see main technical parameters table).

Notes:

1. It should be assured the action of attracting and discharging materials must remain consistent.

2. When the lifter is lifting the thin steel plate, it may need person to lever the steel plate to achieve the action of discharging materials (see the operation instruction)

3. When lifter is on operation, should check and assure that the permanent-magnet lifer’s working face is clear and hasn’t attracted foreign matters to make sure the operation is safe.

4. It has equipped with air-gap adjusting rod which can adjust the attraction conveniently.
