Stainless steel cylinder filter elementis available by variety of styles to satisfy customer requirements. We design it according to micron rating, differential pressure, product characteristics, on stream life requirements, disposability, and cleaning method. The filter media included metal fiber felt, muti-layer metal mesh, metal wire mesh, and others. It can be provided as a flat wrap for making cylindrical filters elements or pleated for making pleated filter elements.

Stainless steel pleated welded filter elements are made of stainless steel sintered fiber web and stainless steel weaving wire cloth.

Stainless Steel Sintered Fiber Web is a kind of durable and pleatable 316L stainless steel medium, sintered into a graded pore structure, enjoys the advantages of high porosity rate, more filtration area, high dirt holding capacity and can be repeatedly used.

Stainless Steel Woven Wire Cloth is made by weaving of stainless steel wire in a variety of diameters. Filter elements with stainless steel woven wire cloth as filter medium, enjoy such advantages of good strength, fastness, easily cleanable, heat-resistance and economic cost.

Pleated Filter Elements mainly serve in filtration of high molecular polymer, long fiber, short fiber, meltdown in thin film production, also drugs, hydraulic oil, disposal of water, hot gas, etc.

5 layers metal sintered mesh filter Standard five –layer mesh

5 layer sintered wire mesh is standard sintered mesh,which is the most commom and the most widely used sintered mesh.

Processing: put 5 layer stainless steel wire mesh together in order,then sintering in vacuum.
There are 5 layer as usually ,can be divided into protection layer,controling and filtering layer,decentralization layer ,brace layer,fram work layer.
This kind of sintered wire mesh is stable in filter rating,high strength and easy clean.

Five (5) layers of meshes:
First layer: 100 mesh as protection,
Second layer: filter mesh which varies on requirement,
Third layer: 100 mesh again as protection,
Fourth layer: 12/64 mesh as support,
Fifth layer: 12/64 mesh again, but placed cross to the fourth layer.

Features:

3. High corrosion resistance,high temperature resistance:using 316L stainless steel, sintered wire mesh is suitable for filtering between -200 centigrade and 480 centigrade and aslo suitable in acid and alkali environment.
