Stainless steel square cooling tower

Stainless steel square cooling tower is divided into cross flow and counter flow two series according to direction of air flow.

I.Features

1.It applies new design structure.The board chooses stainless steel compound material, light structure and elegant appearance.It has the good effect of heat insulation and shock absorption.It can control the floating water and noise pollution to the largest extent.

2.Frequency inverter can automatically regulate the fan speed along with the change of water temperature,which can save energy, lower noise and operation cost.

II. Main parts

1.Motor

Totally enclosed motor has the characteristic of high-efficient, low noise, long service life and high reliability.

2.Belt and speed reducer

The belt is imported V shaped belt. The speed reducer cabinet is totally enclosed, it is proved to have stable operation, low noise and fine corrosion resistance and water-proof performance.

3. Fan

Electrochemical protection surface has gone through balance test. It has the characteristic of large air volume, high efficiency, low noise and corrosion resistance ability.

4. Frame

Adopt high quality stainless steel 304 bending formation,anti-corrosion,light weight,long service life,good appearance, and easy assembly.

5. Panels

Make guard board into sandwich structure,outer material use ss304 bending forming, intermediate polyurethane foaming materials,Inner is smooth and flame resistance glass fiber panel with anti-corrosion and no rust.

6.Shutter and water collecting tank

High quality ss304 bending forming, anti-aging,high strength,light weight, and good appearance.

7. Air Duct

It is made of high quality FRP compound material.The smooth surface reduce the air resistance effectively.

3.Filling

PVC material filling is hydrophilic and corrosion resistant. It also has a larger heat rejection area, lower air resistance, and higher cooling capacity.

9.Sprayer

Adopt fixed high efficient sprayer,it make the water spray every place of the tower.And there are many functions like automatic descaling,long service life,non jam,high efficient etc.
