Performance
The aerodynamic properties of the filter make it a highly efficient flame arrester. Fire is restricted from entering the kitchen exhaust ducts, as the flame cannot effectively follow the air flow pattern thru the filter.

Grease build-up is reduced as the captured grease is allowed to flow down the base surface. Sanitation is promoted when the liquid grease drains into a container away from the filter.

Application Fields

Cleaning Suggestions
Washing your grease lters daily will insure maximum lter life. When the lter is caked or laden with considerable grease, use a good commercial detergent and allow the lter to soak overnight. After a thorough soaking, rinse the lter with clean warm water and return it to the exhaust system
