Turn-over assembly manipulator gathers releasing film, turning box, transport, mould assembly and other main movements. This machine lifting adopts hydraulic cylinder drive, stable operation. It adopts rotary encoder control, making sure the accuracy of lifting location, traveling adopts direct hard tooth surface reducer frequency conversion adjusting speed. It can achieve variable speed in the moving process. It is convenient for accurate positioning. Manipulator adopts hydraulic cylinder drive opening and closing, gear and gear rack swinging hydraulic cylinder turning over.
