Square kelly

Kelly pipe is divided into square kelly and hexagonal kelly.

Kelly is located at the top of the drill string,

it can transfer torque and bear the weight of the drill string.

We can produce customized ones from 2-1/2” to 6”.

They are forged with 4145H or rolled with premium rolling steel,

and they are treated by quenching and tempering heat treatment all the length,

so the BH can achieve 285-341,

and Charpy impact energy≥54J.

Machining can ensure the hole’s eccentric degree reaches the standard minimum thickness the end,

the section and the joints of the pipe are produced and tested according to API SPEC7-1 and SY/T6509-2000, and are detected by ultrasonic all the length.
