Effect

Sponge iron filter material (oxygen scavenger) is used to eliminate the corrosion of regular water dissolved oxygen in pipelines and boilers. By using it the content of water dissolved oxygen can be lower than 0.5mg/L.

The oxygen scavenger is characterized by low backwash frequency, high strength to resist compression, no-powder, no-harden, large specific surface, high activity and good effect of regeneration.

It has met the national standard of boiler water.

Perfomance

After the activation, sponge iron appear as iron tablets of sponginess and poriness, which provides the opportunity to react to water dissolved oxygen and activated iron. It also speeds up the oxidation-reduction.
