Automatic 3 in 1 Monobloc Water Filling Machine

CGF series mineral water filling machine and packaging machinery is a self-developed new product by our R&D department to meet the requirement of multi-usage demands for our customers. The mineral water filling machine is consisted of ringsing-filling-caping all together. It can fill mineral water, pure water and distill water etc. mineral water filling machine adpots the suspension design. It allows the machine to fill different type of the bottles. It is normally used as mineral water filling machine. However, it can also be used for fill PET bottle with fruit juice and tea at high temperature by simply change tha valve. It can be connected with our others machines to form the mineral water filling production line.

• CGF water Rinser-Filler-Capper Monobloc is an high efficient automatic liquid packing machine, which perfectly combine bottle rinsing machine, pressure filling machine and capping machine together in one unit.

  Empty bottles are fed into the rinsing machine iin order by air conveyor, then be turned over and washed inside by the nozzles. After dripping, bottles are fed to the filling machine automatially to fill liquid at high speed and quality. The last process is safe and reliable capping.

  Feature:
  (1)The combination of suspending bottle-neck clamping and the filling valve design make the bottle stable during the high-speed moving conditions. By changing a few parts, it can meet the need of production of different types of bottles easily.
  (2)The new generation of stainless steel spring is used in the washing clamps, and the clamps have no contact with the area above the bottle's screw thread. So many micro-holes in the washing-nozzle are used to wash the bottom of the bottle, and this guarantees the complete wash of the interior of the bottle.
  (3)The advanced micro-negative pressure-filling technology used in this machine makes the filling quick, steady and accurate.

  (4)Magnetic torque is used for screw capping, and the power of screw capping can be adjusted infinitely. It can use constant power to screw the plastic caps.
  (5)Advanced technologies, such as human-machine interface touch-screen and PLC computer program control are adopted in this machine.
  (6)All parts that have direct contact with the water are made of SUS304 material. The critical electronic components are from famous international companies, such as Mitsubishi, Omron, etc.

  (7)This machine has a compact structure, completed control system, easy to operate and highly automated.
  (8)The air conveyor linked with the poking wheel of inlet bottle by adopting the straight connecting technology replace the inlet bottle screw and conveyor, which can realize to change the bottle shape.
  (9)By changing the star-wheel, screw bottle inlet and arc guide plate can realize to change the bottle shape.

  (10)The bottle is lifted by air cylinder, run stable and reliable.
  (11)The parts that direct contact with product are made of 304 stainless steel and no technology corner pockets and easy to clean.
  (12)By adopting high speed filling valve, the liquid level is precise and no waste. That guarantees the demand of filling technology.

  (13)The capping head adopts constant torque magnetic device to guarantee capping quality and impact cap.
  (14)The machine adopts high effective cap sorting system and completely self control and protective device.
  (15)The machine is equipped with perfect overload protective device that can keep the equipment and operator safely.

  (16)The control system has many functions, such as control producing speed, cap shortage detection, bottle block automatic stop and production counting etc.
  (17)The electric components and pneumatic components are all introduced from world famous brand products.
  (18)The human-machine interface operation of the whole machine is realized by advanced PRO-face.
