Application and function:

Screw conveyers are means for material conveyance in horizontal direction. Due to the worm spiral rotation in a conveyance trough material is moved from the conveyer inlet to its outlet. They find their application in flour mills, grain silos, feed mills, bakeries and other plants where loose powdery or grainy and less abrasive materials are transported like cereals, flour grain grouts and feed formulations.

1. Capacity: For flour 5-35T/HH; for wheat 11-80T/H.

2. Max. Screw Diameter: 160-500mm.

3. Stainless steel screw is optional

Principle:

- A shaft welded with screw is installed in a trough type casing. Granular or pulverulent products are fed into the machine and transferred straight forward to the discharging outlet by the rotoring screw welded on the shaft.
