Ice block machine for fish is a highly efficient refrigeration unit, which mainly aim at the area such as Africa, Middle East and Oceania where has a big demand in ice. Industrialice blockmachine adopts integrated design, having easy installation, just connecting the power and water pipe to use. The block ice size and production can be made according to the customers requirement.

Brine system of ice block machine structure: refrigeration unit, brine tank (ice making tank), water cooling tower/ air cooling fan, and necessary components. We will prepare the three in unit, you just need to connect the power and water pipes for the three parts. Pleas see the picture in the attachment.

Ice Making Principle:

Evaporated refrigerant cools down brine, which then freeze ice making water in ice molds to make ice.

For the block ice weighting more than 15kg/piece, extra equipment will be needed, such as dip tank, ice pouring shelf, water filling device and crane. all these will help to operate smoothly.

2. As for coil tube evaporator type of block ice machine, we use big power water agitator to replace the common water pumps. It faster the brine flowing so that shorten the ice frozen time and improve the refrigeration effect of the whole machine.

3. The linear design for the ice block machine, such as put the refrigeration unit, ice making tank, crane system, ice pouring shelf, water filling box and cold room in a line, will maximize theinvestment on manpower and reduce the whole cost.

4.Daily production: 1 ton per day to 100 tons per day. And if the capacity is more than 20 tons per day, it cannot ship the whole machine in container. So we do the local installation and construction in your place.

5.Weight of block ice: 2.5kg,5kg, 10kg, 20kg…100kg, also can be done as your requirement.

In case the large quantity of ice is required in a short time, It is rather difficult or impossible to supply them frome brine tank, In such a case, block ice shall be stored in cold storage room during the time of less demand
