Features of LSB-Serie gasificationcoal steam boiler:

1.Combustible gas is burned out under effect of intensive secondary air and rotation deviding of multi-layer tubes. Thermal decomposition to carbon black because of lack of oxygen is avoided.

2.Coal layer is thicker and coal surface smaller than conventional boiler coal layer. Besides primary air volume is only 50%-60% of the total air volume.So th initial boiler soot emission concentration is lower than conventional.

Working principle:

1.Coal is dried and distillated unter effect of high temperature in the furnace and fire at the bottom.Vapor and volatile component in the coal volatilize and coal is changed to semicoke.
2.With semicoke oxidation and reduction reaction occur at the same time. Oxidation reaction occurs at
the bottom of the coal and reduction reaction occurs on the upper layer. In the process combustible gas forms from semicoke.
3.combustible gas formed through oxidation and reduction process is fired by autoigniter and burns out with secondary air.
4.Smoke is emitted through flue and semicoke is burned out and discharged through slag discharge port.
