Brief introduction of automatic membrane filter press machine:

Automatic pull the plate filter press with PLC control, can filter press for the operations( such as compression plate, drip plate combined with open, loose plates, pull plates ), and left the remote control interface, to remote automatic operation control.

When the automatic membrane filter press machine work,the convrying pump slurry under pressure to enter the filter chamber through the filter media (filter cloth) in the slurry of solid and liquid separation ,when the slurry in solid form after the cake, again through the diaphragm into the air, the filter press room full of solid,lower moisture content.

Automatic membrane Filter press machine is widely used for solid-liquid separation ofvarious suspending liquid in intermittent pressure filtration.The filter press is relying on the clamping device will filter plate compression, and the suspension feed pump pressure into the filter chamber through the filter cloth to reach the solid particles and liquid material separation purposes.

It's widely used for mine, metallurgy, oil, chemicals, medicine, spinning, printing and dyeing, papermaking, foodstuff, alcohol, inorganic salt, coal washing, dyestuff and sewage treatment industries.

Working principle:

1. Pressing device (cylinder piston rod or screw) drive pressing plate forward to push all media plates together till thust plate

2. Stop pressing and feed solution mixed solid and liquid, when find liquid coming out become less, stop feeding

3. Start to make pressing plate backward
