Major Fittings of Ventilators:

• Axis and Bearing

Skyaxis ventilator adopts Japanese NSK airtight axle bearing, self-lubricating and anti-wearable.

Number C45 steel as major axis has strong anti-corrosion. Outside of major axis is packed by fireproofing nylon plastic.

• Support

Skyaxis turbine ventilator adopts fireproofing reinforced nylon plastic as support (or metal support) with light weight. It not only has strength of metal but also tenacity of plastic as well as fine recovering performance. Compared with metal support, ventilator made from this kind of support won't be out of shape.

• Blade

Wave blade is designed according to accurate Fluid Mechanics Principle, increasing the contact area and angle of blade and wind. Even under breeze, ventilator can have greater revolving power so as to keep the wind in all direction from blowing backward into wind course. Meanwhile, revolving speed of turbine heads can be increased by wind in all direction, playing an important role of waterproofing, snow proofing and air exhausting.

Adopting wave blade, the mechanic strength can be greatly increased, capacity to bear pressure is t best of all similar products.
