Description

LPB-55 is a newly developed model. Its features are fast binding, double-roller to brush glue, open structure for putting covers, automatic operation and intelligent LCD display. The machine is easy to operate, intelligent, mature and graceful. This model is suitable for all sizes of printing enterprises, stationary centers and design institutes.

The device for putting books is automatic, making it easy to tidy the block, and the clamping is automatic, saving time and efforts.

Important parts such as the solar cutter and grooving cutter are made of imported materials to assure the stability of milling and grooving as well as the molding effect.

Concurrent feedback circuit heats through sinusoidal curve, and the glue groove is made of aluminum to make sure the heating of glue is even.

Vertical clamping device makes the book spine square and the words on the spine accurate.

Open structure for putting covers makes the putting and taking books convenient and easy.

The use of fast-speed motor enhances greatly the binding speed.

The double-roller device for brushing glue makes the glue more even, no bubbles, the block more firm and no pages falling apart.
