We are specialized in manufacture of SIC Ceramic Foam filters used for filtration of ductile iron and cast iron. These filters can withstand max. temp of 1500 °C.
Applications: Filtration of ductile iron and cast iron in molten state.
Specification:
We can produce round, square and other geometric shapes of SiC ceramic foam filter.Sizes from 10mm to 500mm, thickness from 10mm to 50mm, bore density from 10PPI-60PPI.
PPI Selection:Ductile iron castings use 10PPI, 15PPI.
Grey iron and copper castings use 10PPPI,15PPI or 20PPI.
Max filtering capacity: Gray iron: 4 kg/cm2.
Ductile iron: 2 kg/cm2.
We can produce according to customer requirements of different shapes, sizes and bore density.
