The Side Cantilever Stacker is used for stacking bulk materials like clay and silica. The machine is used for stacking mixed materials into the long sharp stockpile by way of fixed position stacking in order to reach the purpose of uniformity and storage.

The machine is applied to work in doors.

Basic Structure and Working Principle

Stacker include :1) cantilever section, 2) travelling mechanism, 3)hydraulic system, 4)feeding carriage, 5)rail section, 6)cable pit, 7)power cable reel, 8)control cable reel, 9)limited position switch device etc.

Material piles are tracked like herringbone by stacker. Using reclaimer scrape the side surface of material to reach pre-homogenize material.

Through feed carriage dump material on cantilever belt conveyer and travelling carriage reciprocate, stacker stacks material in stock yard. During stacking, angle of cantilever belt conveyor rise continuously, when reach to the requirement of material height, change another pile and continue.
