This machine rotate with high speed through agitation body and suck in air. High power consumption. Usually used in mills with the scale below 300t/d.

Feature of structure

Two-sided vanes with back rake of the impeller ensures double circulating of slurry inside the tank. The clearance between the impeller and cover board is big with large amount of air suction.
Low circle velocity of impeller; long service life of the brittle unit.
Front raked tank, small dead angle, rapid foam moving speed.

Better for the floatation of coarse ore.

Note

Mechanical agitation; automatic suction air and slurry.
It can be combined with Model JJF as a floatation cells set: Model JJF as the suction cell of each operation.
