Series MW84 Electromagnetic Equipment for Handling Single Steel Plate

Applications:

Electromagnetic Equipment Series MW84 is specially designedfor lifting and transporting medium-thick steel plates.

Features:

The lifting operation is safe,accurate and quick.Considering possible bending and deforming may affect safe transportation when lifting long steel plates,please use the combination of several electromagnets.As to medium-thickness steel plates(6mm-32mm),the space length of electromagnets is about 3-4m, but the space length of the extension parts of both ends should be about half of them.

According to different lifting pieces,the series can be divided into type 350 and type 400.Type 350 is suitable for medium-thickness plate factory,ship building factory,and machinery manufacturing factory. By adopting magnet regulating control method, it can lift one piece or certain pieces of steel plates.Type 400 is suitable for transporting many pieces of steel plates at a time. We also can design and manufacture high temperature type products used for lifting and transporting steel plate below 700 according to customers' requirements.
