Equipment Introduction:

Series cosmetic vacuum emulsifying mixer include oil pot,water pot, Emulsifying mixer pot, heating and cooling system(Steam or water heated),Emulsifying system(homogenizer), Scraper stirring system(Low-speed Mixing system),Vacuum system, up-down cover lifting system(Hydraulic Lift), Discharging system.

Characteristic:

• Frequency speed adjustment is adopted during the blending so that speed of the blending can be adjusted as customers' requirement. The range can be from 0-60m/min adjustable to meet different technological requirements.

• With advanced homogenizer, featured by unique structure and prominent efficiency.

• The parts that contact the materials are all made of imported stainless steel, The interior surface of the vessel is subjected to mirro polishing 300EMSH(sanitary level), which is in accordance with sanitary requirements.

• The whole process including vacuum material suction and vacuum defoaming can be completed under the vacuum status, thus without any cellular contamination, and therefore, prolonging the shelf life of the machine.
