1. Description

Hot blast stove R&D began in 2009. It is widely used for the drying in different industries such as the commercial center, workshop heating, spray finishing, electroplating drying, food processing and tobacco drying.

2. Technological innovation

Making up the defect of the traditional detachable design, we adopt the maturest cold air pressure technology with high-level thermostable and acid-proof materials. It is a hot air boiler that can be applied to different industries.

3. Boiler structure

This is a six-pass detachable boiler consisting of high temperature furnace, secondary furnace, built-in dust removal device and heat recovery equipment.

4. Intelligent control system

The boiler is with function of automatic running and feeding. No need to have a dedicated firemen working on it. The only need is to fill up with the fuel timely. Automatic control of temperature. When it reaches the temperature that customers set, it would automatically shutdown and enter the fire protecting state.

5. Hot blast stove operation principle

Hot blast stove works by flame heating furnace wall with the heat exchange of the furnace wall contacting with the air. Thus the exchanged hot air is clean. It has a broad scope of application.

6. Material requirements

Due to the heating temperature of the hot blast stove (heating temperature up to 350°C), therefore, it is requested to use the high-temperature resistant materials. So we adopt the the high-temperature resistant stainless steel materials in the main furnace. To meet the demands of the drying industries with cleanliness requirements such as food, medicinal herbs, we can provide the service of customizing stainless boilers.

7. Selection of fuel

Using Φ6-8mm high quality wood pellet (users can order the coal-fired series).

8. This type of hot blast stove adopts the world's most advanced air-cooled cycle technology. No need to stack up refractory bricks in the furnace high temperature area., lifting the trouble of frequent repair of refractory bricks.

9. Due to this type of hot blast stove sets a a variety of new technologies in one, it has been widely used by many national large enterprises and other areas. Here are the examples: drying production line of tablet PC surface coating for Foxconn company; drying production line of surface coating for Homa Refrigerator Company; coating line for Deli Stationery Company. And drying for the electroplating industry, such as heat finalizing the design for rubber industry in Malaysia and finalizing the shoe design for kinds of shoe manufacturers. It also applies to cultivate industry for the need of constant temperature and the heating, straw weaving industry,as well as the drying for the Chinese medicinal herbs. It is also used for food processing industry, such as drying the roasters,peanuts, seeds,sea food, seaweed and the constant temperature of the greenhouse vegetable, the drying of tobacco leaves, farm products, mushrooms, edible fungus. It is useful for Varyag Aircraft cabin thermal insulation pipe production, for the constant temperature of the flower planting and the aquaculture industry.
