1. Description

Series E boiler is a kind of highly comprehensive boiler specially designed for different regions of the fuel. It's applicable to pellet, briquette.

2. Boiler structure

This is a five-pass combined detachable boiler consisting of two high temperature furnaces, a secondary furnace, and a built-in heat recovery equipment. Its perfect design and trusted high quality interpret the new ideal legend.

3. Selection of fuel

Series E is applicable to the Φ6-20 mm pellets like wood, cotton stalks, peanut shells, etc, or the briquettes under Φ33mm,slightly coked pellets can be also combusted fully.

The feature of the bio-mass fuel is that it can produce tar while burning in low-medium temperature. It will release an amount of alkaline substances within 750°C. It can lead to the corrosion of the boilers. So the temperature of the boiler has to be setted within 800°C-1300°C. There will produce a certain degree of coking burning in high temperature, meanwhile, thermal efficiency will also increase. Due to the proper design of our boiler's grate, Its effect on the combustion is not obvious. If it produces the cooking and form the paste while combustion, it must be the problem of fuel. If it doesn't produce coking at all, then the combustion temperature must be not that high. The thermal efficiency depends on the combustion temperature. The thermal efficiency is high when the combustion temperature is between 850 °C -1300 °C. It is low when the temperature is under 850 °C.

4. Advanced technology

The two-stage feeding system and the anti-backfire device can prevent from backfiring. It combusts with the wind under positive and negative pressure. Electronic ignition function. It installs the fire observation mirror by its side.

Anti-backfire combustion technology make it work even using slightly coking fuel. With the proper operation, the main boiler can be used 5 years with 2 years trouble-free running. In design, the inlet air makes the combustion flame show the white light which can make eyes hurt if we watch it for a certain time. We adopt the special combustion design to compress compulsorily the white light effect. On design of slag-removing, it achieves the automatic slag-removing by pushing the material. The fan controlled by frequency conversion control system, It will not shutdown immediately while the boiler stopped running. Then It runs slowly .It won't stop until the smoke is discharged out of the furnace. It can effectively prevent boiler from explosion which is caused by flue gas. The fan controlled by frequency conversion control system, It reduces the noise.

5. Buying point

Unique methods of combustion make that series E boiler can fully fire slightly slagging pellets and slightly coking briquettes and pellets.

6. External storage hopper

Large capacity. Provide the service of customizing large capacity hopper. It runs continuously for 3 to 12 hours by feeding fuel for one time. No need to have a dedicated firemen working on it. The only need is to fill up with the fuel timely.

7. Easy and convenient maintenance

Combined detachable boiler with small size. Easy to clean the ash, convenient to deliver.
