Three cylinder dryer application:

Three cylinder dryer used to drying humidity particle materials, such as yellow sand used by industry, variety of snad which used in foundry industry, blast furnace slag which used in cement industry of building materials,chemical, food, compound fertilizer,copra,etc. Small particle size aclay.

Working principle of three cyclinder dryer:

The inner core and in-tube is surrounded by the outer tube and formed a self-insulation system, the heat released by the inner core and in-tube get involved in the heat exchange of outer cylinder ,the outer tube and hot air are at a lower temperature.

so the cooling surface of the tube and the heat loss are reduced significantly.

Due to the special structure of the sleeve dryer, its length is one-third of single cylinder, it can saving 65% basic area compared with the single cylinder, so the capital investment can be reduced relevantly of three cylinder dryer.
