Sand screening plant application:
This kind of vibrating screen is designed for especially screening stone stock of quarry, and also for classifying products of such departments as coal separator, mineral processing, building materials, electricity and chemical industry, etc. It is main machine in sand screening plant.

Sand screening plant features:
1.Circular Vibrating sand Screening plant uses eccentric block to produce strong exciting force.
2.Crossbeam and the main body of the screen are connected with high strength screw bolts. So they have the features of simple structure and easy maintenance.
3. Vibrating sand Screening plant adopts tire clutch with capability of flexible connection and stable operation.
4. The motor can be assembled both right and left of the deckbase. It is seater-type equipment.The obliquity of screen surface is adjustable through changing the place of spring support.

Sand screening plant Working principle:

The vibrating screening plant consists of screen box, supporting device, vibration exciter, transmission part, etc. The barrel type vibration exciter is installed in the middle part of the machine. During normal operation, the vibration of exciter will drive the screen mesh fixed on the screen box vibrate, and then materials will be screened. The big and small materials fall from the upper side and lower side of the screen to get them separated. It is widely used in sand screening plant for mining.
