Rotor Damping Machine

Working Principle:

Under the high speed rotation of rotor, liquid will be formed into film by strong centrifugal force, which will be cut into droplets of diameters from 30 micron to 70 micron by centrifugal lines on ghe surface of rotor and then spray around. The droplets can reach the fibers after reak into the piles on faric. Commonly, the absorptivity of liquid ranges from 0--40%, depends on materials and weight of fabric, which is suitable for small liquid supply.

Characteristics:

Even and non-contacting spray makes no droplets accumulated nor warter stain. I

t can reach the effect of tensionless during processing fabrics.

Accurate adjustment of the liquid supply according to different rotation speed is available to keep the constant liquid supply.

Non-contacting moistening won't change the structure of fabrics.

Low power consumption when used during stentering, heat setting and drying.

No contact between fabrics and liquid, no pollution to the fabrics.

Even Moisture does a good job on leveling off the hairiness.

This machine enjoys the advantage of easy to install, small in footprint, long life for ues.

Usage:

1. Installed at the feed end of stenter frame, used to humidify fabrics to eliminate fabric difference caused by different moisture content. It is used to eliminate colour difference, improve fabric feel, increase fabric weight and make it stable.

2. It can be built in printer vaporizer machine to improve sombre hue caused by low humidity to bright color.

3. It can be built in preshrinking machine to eliminate crinkle on fabrics cause by different moisture content.

4. This unit is also applicable for calender, decatizing machine, fabric sueding machine, fabric shearing machine, decating machine, drying cylinder in paper making and so on.
