1.1 Pile Driving Function: YZ230A Road Guardrail Post Hydraulic Press Pile Driver is designed to install the highway anti-collision guardrails and guardrail post, especially be applicable for driving road side guardrail post in newly constructing highways. It is also used for the photovoltaic installation, solar cells and solar panels installation.

2. Features

2.1 YZ230A Road Guardrail Post Hydraulic Press Pile Driver is composed of chassis, upper column, press arm, hydraulic system, hydraulic hammer, diesel engine, electric system, cooling system and control system. It has the characters of quick and exact positioning, compact size, lightweight, self-propelled, quick moving, humanized design, easy operation, high efficiency and low price.

2.2 The upper column is articulated with the main column. When you use a tow truck or trailer to tow the machine to the working site by the towing device with high speed, first you need to lay down the upper column by articulate and disassemble the traveling roller chain. The up and down, longitudinal and transverse shift, horizontal slide of the column are realized through hydraulic system.

2.3 The hydraulic hammer is installed at the front end of the press arm. The press arm carries the hammer downward and upward along the track of the column for post driving working by hydraulic system.
