Concrete batching plant consists of weighing system, mixing system, electrical control system, conveyor system.The main machine adopt twin shaft mixer, discharging hegiht is 1500-3800mm, it can mix various kinds of concrete and suitable for medium size construciton sites, power station, irrigations, high way, bridge and moving construction project.

The electric system is equipped with industrial computer, printer, etc. It could be controlled and managed centrally. It has the functions of displaying, information storage, auto printing. It has two different operation modes of manual and automatically which through switch. In addition, the cement silo and screw conveyor are also available upon buyers’ requests.

Screw conveyor is a equipment which convey bulk cement from cement silo to mixer, or convey the bulk cement into concrete batching machine. Its characteristics is compact structure, small cross section area, light weight, good sealing performance, light conveying efficiency, flexible process layout, easy movement and operation security. The conveyor can transport all kinds of powder, granular, small lump bulk materials, such as clay powder, coal powder, cement, gravel, grain, small block coal, pebbles and iron scrap.
