Raymond Mill Working Process:

The big material should through jaw crusher smash to required size,then be transfered to mainframe for grinding with uniform quantitative,after gringding,the powder be took away by blower air,then through analyzer the fitable powder into cyclone collector,after isolate collector,you can get the final powder.At the same time,the air gose back to blower through the duct.The airflow system of this machine is airtight circulation,and circulate under the positive and negative pressure condition.Also you can feeder by manpower if you donot need elevator,bin,vibrating feeder. In gringding indoor,because of the gringding material has certain water content,it will cause some heat,which makes blowing rate increase,we have to adjust the air duct between blower and mainframe to achieve airfllow balance,certainly the redundant air discharge into the environment after purification.The sack should shake frequently so as to discharge the exhaust gas preferably.

Raymond mill cautions:

1. In order to make sure the machine work well,there will be a “equipment maintenance safety operation system”to guarantee raymond mill safetly work for a long time,also there should be necessary mantenance tools ,grease and corresponding parts.
2. You would better change the grinding roller after using above 500 hours, clean the antifriction bearing,and replace the damaged parts,you can chose grease gun or manual petrol pump.
3. In the process of using raymond mill,there should be special person be responsible to watch over,the operation person should have certain technical level.Before installing,there should be technical training for the operation person to make them clearly about the princeple performance and the operating rules.
4. After using one year,the overhaul is necessary,including grinding roller,bull ring and scraper knife,before and after using grinding roller,the connect bolt and nut should be checked up carefully to see if there is any loose phenomenon and if the grease are enough.
