3.Character

1)Blade part: The indicator to display cutting-edge gap adjustable value, the adjustment is simple and quick; logical display the shearing numbers.

2)Worktable part: For the work section equipment boom net to protect body’s safety.

3)Front and back stock stop: The front stock stop on the worktable, indicate value by staff gauge, to

reach the required stock value by adjust active stationary dog, when shearing the thin plate use the front stock stop is very easy; the back stock stop installed on up blade adapter, and it done luffing movement by up blade adapter, to adjust back stock stop by motor, transmission by screw after spped down by gearing, and it can manual micrometric.

4)Hydraulic system: It composed of control valve group, oil pump, cylinder, return cylinder, swagingcylinder, assembly hydraulic circuit and so on. The all system with the advantage like as reasonable construction, low noise, quick run, and good safety performance.

5)Electrical system: It composed of control electrical box, internal connect line, control panel, main and vice motors, foot pedal and so on. It with the advantage like as high safety factor, overall performance is high.

6)NC controller: The device adopts SNC-18 NC controller system specialized used in shearing machine, this controller system with the fellow control function:

a.It can display the location of back stock stop X, and shearing counting C;

d.The system with specialized built-in time relay;

e.Can to set display scale factor in according of screw worm ratio, gear speed ratio, and can to auto calculate the display scale ratio by teaching function of the system;

5. Warranty: 14 months after delivery the goods.

6. Payment: 30% down payment and 70% paid after receiving the copy of the documents.

7. Delivery: 30 days after receiving 30% down payment.

8. Loading: Plastic cover coat, through containers.

9. Technique support and service: support twice operating training, first one is at my factory during the processing time, second one at the buyer’s factory during the re-installation/testing period. We will send our engineers go to buyer’s factory help to re-install this machine if customer required, and the customer need to pay for heir flight tickets(go and back), room and board, local travel cost.
