QC12K-6*3200 CNC hydraulic shearing machine

Adopt Series QC12Y type Structure , with simple-type special-purpose digital control system.

Back gauge with position display , hinting of soft position limit , single way position clearance,and calculation of sheared time.

Back gauge has encoder ,coordinate with digital control and display system , therefore , make the display of the position of back gauge more accurate, and further improve the shear precison of the machine.

1. The whole steel-welded structure, vibrating treatment to eliminate the internal stress, high
rigidity and good reliability.
2. Integrated hydraulic transmission system, good reliability.
3. Pinch roll, Triple support rolling guide rail to eliminate the gaps of the support and enhance the
shearing quality.
4. Clearance between the shearing blades can be adjusted by hand wheel, numerical display .
5. Rectangular blades with four cutting edges, top and bottom, the upper shear blade moves
parallel to the lower blade, prolong the working life.
6. Adjustable shearing angle to reduce the deformation of the plate, straight-line shearing action
improves shearing accuracy in all metal thickness.
