	The wrapper works fully synchronized with the tunnel and pick-up conveyor by means of special frequency converter and servo motor controlled by PLC unit.

Lubrication and maintenance

1, All chain wheels of the new equipment should be adjust after running for three months in case the chain is loosen and then checkup of twelve months a time is necessary.

2,Oiling all the rolling bearing four months a time. Oil change the differential carrier and the stepless gear box four months a time first and then each year a time. Oil model: N32.

3,Lubricate the gears, the sealing units and the offset units in time.

4,Lubricate the chain and chain wheels with oil N46 or higher in time.

5,Lubricate pontes between the upper conveyor and gimbal and between the cardos.

6,Check the position of chain wheels and gears regularly.

7,Keep the equipment cleaning.
