1.Q:What is the type of the head printer?
A:The printhead in this printer is Epson DX5, 3.5PL,SEIKO 510 35PL,SPT1020 35PL,SPT508GS 12PL -36PL.

2.Q:Can this machine print 3D?
A:Yes, this machine can print 3D images well through multi layer printing controled by the photoprint software.

3.Q:What's the print process by this printer?
A:1). Design the artwork by Photoprint ,Ultraprint or other software.
2). Set print starting point.
3). Put the materials on the start point
4). Start print. We could output the print order by software.

4.Q:What's the max printing thickness of the machine?
A:The max printing thickness is 10cm,but we can adjust the max height as the clients' request.

5.Q:Can we print white inks and color inks in the meantime?
A:Yes our printer can.
6.Q:Where can I get the inks?
A:You could order the inks from us, we have all the inks in the stock and we can delivery the inks by express directly to you.

7.Q:Can your printer work on dark materials?
A:Yes, it supports white print on dark materials. With the UV inks, we could direct print white inks on products.

8.Q:What inks are used in this printer? How much are the inks? And the printing cost?
A:The inks we are used are UV inks. The price of the UV white inks and color inks is 100USD/Liter, The cost is about 0.7USD/m2.

9.Q:How many colors in this printer?
A:There are 8 colors in this printer basicly. They are CMYK LC LM W V.

10.Q:What kind of cleaning are you using in this machine?
A:The cleanings are used for UV inks.

11.Q:How about the ink cartridge when we need to change?
A:As you can see on the picture of machine, we're using black cartridge on this machine. These are special for UV inks. If you need to change this, you can direct contact me or our technician. Normally you will need to change that after one year or longer time.

12.Q:Can I get supplies and wearing parts from you?
A:Yes, we provide all the wearing parts for our printers always and they are in stock.

13.Q:What is the format that the artwork should be?
A:The format of artwork could be EPS,PDF, JPEG,TIFF,POSTSCRIP etc, we could import it into software and directly output them after settings based on your request.

14.Q:What are the special features of your RIP.
A:We can manage all the details by this software for printing including:
1. Ink channel option.
2. Ink limit(It is different for different materials in order to get the best printing result);
3. Print speed(Unidirection or bidirection);
4. Template(We can create any template for big quantity of printing for one artwork);
5. Resolution(From 360*360 to 1440DPI*1440DPI);
6. Print area and position settings;

15.Q:Is there any guarantee for this printer?
A:We provide one year warranty for all the electronic parts except ink system, printhead, since they are consumables.
16.Q:How can I install and start to use the printer?
A:At first, you should read the users' manual to understand the machine and watch the video. Our technician can go to your end to train your personel or you send personel to our factory to learn.

17.Q:What's the payment term do you accept?
A:We accept 30% as advanced payment to start produce,the balance also by TT before shipment .

18.Q:Can I pay by Paypal?
A:Yes. You can pay us by paypal for the consumables and parts. But payment for machine by Paypal is not acceptable.

19.Q:How will you send out the machines?By sea.
