1.Stone crusher introduction

PYF compound cone crusher is our new product that has been developed through many years of

technical development and absorbed foreign advanced crushing advantages, widely used in

metallurgy, building materials, stones and chemical industries. It is suitable for crushing all kinds of

ores and rocks with hardness of medium or above.

2.Stonecrusherworking principle

Cone crusher consists of frame, transmission device, hollow eccentric shaft, bowl-shaped

bearing, crushing cone, springs and hydraulic pressure station for adjusting discharge opening.

During the operation, motor drives eccentric shaft shell to turn around through horizontal axle and

a pair of bevel gear. Axle of the crushing cone swings with force of eccentric shaft shell so that the

surface of crushing wall is close to roll mortar wall from time to time. In this way, ores and rocks

will be pressed and crooked and crushed.

3.Stone crusherfeatures

1. Simplicity of design and rugged construction make compound cone crusher ideal for crushing

operations.

2. High crushing capacity, large production capacity and good particle shape.

3. Spring safety or hydraulic safety system can protect the crusher from overloading and being

damaged by foreign matters or iron ore pieces through the crushing chamber.

4. Compound cone crusher adopts hydraulic lock, hydraulic adjustment and hydraulic cleaning

chamber system. With high automation, the crusher can be easily maintained.

5. A rid liner is provided inside the bottom section of the frame to help protect it from wear.

6. There are generally five types of our compound cone crushers: standard super coarse type,

standard coarse type, standard fine/medium type, short head coarse type, short head fine type.

Compound cone crusher is designed for secondary or tertiary crushing purpose both in stationary

and portable application for highly abrasive materials. Our compound cone crusher can be widely

used in metallurgy, construction, utilities, transport, chemicals, building materials for breaking hard,

medium hardness of the above various ores and rocks.
