Filter plate is the core part of filter press. The difference of material, form and quality of filter plate directly affect the operation of filter press.

1.Longyuan filter plate is made of reinforced PP, molded under invention patent technology of Filtration and Separation Filter Plate. The sectional design of whole filter plate facilitates little flow resistance and fast flow ratio for filtrate; the filtration efficiency is 10% higher than counterparts’ products. Longyuan filter plate conforms to China national standard JB/4333.3-2005, also Germany standard DIN7129, interoperable with Western filter plates.

2.The technique for making of filter plate owns a national invention patent named as Abnormal Filter Plate and Molding Technique for Filter Press. The recipe for filter plate raw material is especially modulated and equipment for filter plate molding is 5000 ton oil press. The mechanical properties of filter plate are over China national standards.

3.After molding, special CNC process filter plate surface to neat it. The plate handle applies triangle V design to better line the filter plates, enabling good sealing performance of filter plates in operation.

4.The raw material modulation of filter plate has TPE elastomer and E-glass. This enables filter plate to have elasticity like rubber plate and toughness and rigidity like PP plate. Under process of CNC, the plate surface planeness is below 25um, making a better sealing performance and zero leakage from filter plate in operation.

5.The raw material of Longyuan PP membrane plate is imported from Northern Europe and mixed with PTE elastomer. Under unique modulation and specialized process equipments, the membrane plate has advantages of high toughness, good elasticity, and good anti-abrasion, solving the problem of toughness and elasticity contradiction existed in traditional made plates.

6.Longyuan PP membrane plate is integral structure, having excellent tightness property and self-owned patent. The membrane plate complies with China standard of JB/T4333.2005 Technical Conditions for Chamber Filter Press and Plate & Frame Filter Press and Germany standard DIN7129. The diaphragm of membrane plate is injection molded by invention patent.

7.The international advanced automatic injection mold technology for membrane plate could heat the mold to a specific temperature according to design conditions. This ensures filter plate to meet the physical properties and technical indexes. The experimental yield-resistance deflection reaches 60 thousand times.

8.The1.6Mpasqueeze pressure (The maximum squeeze pressure for membrane plate could be2.5Mpa) effectively squeeze out free moisture inside filter cake after feed, further decreasing cake moisture and hence drying costs.

9.Filter cake thickness is from 20 to 50mm according to customers requirements can be selected.
