1. This unit uses the latest harden Gear Reducer with the strength of high torque and low noice. Automatical cooling system can make the gear and shaft have enough lubricating and cooling.

2. Double seperate metal mixing screw, high efficiency, which has excellent plasticizing and mixing ability. Especially suitable for recycled material and broken material.

3. Three roller Horizontal type installation. Barrel and screw design making it highly adaptable flexible with wide range application. Fast-changing design for screw and die saying time and efforet for test transfer.

4. This unit is also suitable for PP/ PE(microcellular)/PS/ABS sheet extrusion, especially for the recycled material, widely applied in the manufacturing of suitcase, golf bag,office equipment, package material and medical with a high level of compatibility.

5. This production line can produce three layers sheet, ABA or ABC structure. With the middle layer foamed, so the sheet is light and strong, it's much more economical than totally solid sheet. Thus can save cost. It's environmental friendly.
