Output:

• Up to 40-45 carton per minute, depending on product characteristics and carton size.

Manpower:

• One operator for running the machine, loading of cartons in the magazine and for filling glue units and others.

Our Filling System

• Since a variety of products can be packed on our packaging machines, we have also developed suitable, fast and accurate filling systems. our new electronic fillers give an accuracy of 0.5%. For powders, our servo driven augers are not only reliable and trouble free but also accurate up to 0.3%.

• For granules packaging, we have Cup Filler, Multi head weigh filler, Load cell based Double beam Weigher and Vibratory Weigh Filler & for bulk packaging, we have Net Weighter, Gross weigher, Impeller packer, Air packer, canister filler etc.
