Plate heat exchanger is a new type, high-efficiency heat exchanger, made of a certain number of corrugated metal blades. There’s a rectangular circulation circuit between each blade to make a heat exchanging. Plate heat exchanger is an ideal equipment for liquid to liquid, liquid to gas heat exchanging. It’s featured with high thermal efficiency, less heat loss, compacted structured, less floor coverage, easy to install and maintenance, wide application and a long service life, etc. Its heat transfer coefficient is 3~5 times as high as tube type heat heat exchanger under a same pressure drop, and its floor coverage is only one third of that the tube heat exchanger takes. Its heat recovery can be as high as above 90%.
