Detailed Product Description

1. This production line gathers to mix and transport, feed, extrude and the breeze sends to hot cutting and cool off at the integral whole and the realization of automatic continuous operation and high efficiency.

2. Compact Structure, of small space occupation, and can install by flat surface.

3. The production line carries on the segment in cent to shut a wreath temperature control, airtight mixing, feeding, extruding machines etc. to have to respectively heat, cooling system, and request to control according to the craft temperature respectively.

4. The feeding machine adopts the double-pull type airscrew and has strong feeding ability, which specially is applicable to directly extrude and build the material that mixed by the dispersion kneader.

5. The machine’s tube and screw all adopt the high-quality metal alloy steel (38 CrMoAlA), through nitrogen treatment and have high hardness, abrasion and corrosion resistant.

6. The machine head adopt hand-movement net change or quick non-stop changing driven, which improve the produce efficiency.

7. Composed with many transducers, the electric-control system adopts the advanced PLC control technique, which makes the operation of feeding, extruding, cutting etc. do the stepless speed regulating well and with high accuracy. The whole machine forms a process concatenation, which makes the function control of audible and visual alarm, trouble signal hint etc. perfect and reliable.
