Working Process
The raw material is put into furnace,and then seal the feed inlet system.
Burned the fuel material(coal,wood,natural gas or oil) in the combustion system. The reactor will slowly heat,when the temperature reach around 250 degree Celsius,it will produce oil gas. Oil gas will be processed by our technology,then gone to cooling system to cold liquid oil. The gas which can not be liquid under normal pressure,which will be send back to combustion system to instead the fuel material to burn the reactor,this also can save energy very much. After finished oil produce,the temperature of reactor will be down,at the same time,carbon black will be discharged automatically.
When the temperature fall to 100 degree Celsius,worker could open the door of reactor to discharge of steel wire,and then start to another batch working.
High output:
There are 57 pipes in our vertical condenser; the diameter of each pipe is 30mm, the length is 1500mm and the cooling area is 13m². We offer 3 condensers for XD-6 machinery, the total cooling area is about 40 m².
Horizontal condenser also has 57 pipes, the cooling area equals to 5 vertical condensers. If you want 8 tons plant, we can ofer you 1 horizontal condenser and 1 vertical condenser.
About 70% of the heavy oil is cooled and separated after the high temperature oil-gas going through condenser pipe and the oil –water separator, the rest of 30% of light oil is cooled after going through the second grade and third condensers. Thus the oil output increase.
Operation Steps Of Pyrolysis Plant
1. To ensure that the control box of host parts, the voltage and frequency of motor are in conformity with the local power supply.
2. The coupling of speed reducer, draft fan and water pump must be added lubricating oil before it used.
3. Support roller of reactor must be added high temperature lubricating oil before it used.
4. To ensure that the cooling pipes are unlocked.
5. Start the circulated cooling water pump.
6. Open the value of cooling system, filled the cooling system with water.
7. Open the liquid elevating value and inlet value of oil. Water separator, fill water till the liquid elevating value flowing water, and then close the inlet value before close liquid elevating value.
8. While the item 6 and item 7 are running, turn on the drive motor of reactor, to make the reactor bi-directional running 5 minutes, check whether the reactor runs normally.
9. If the reactor runs well, turn off the drive motor.
10. Open the feed hole.
11. Make the auto-feeder in position, begin feeding.
12. After completion of feeding, closed and seal the feed hole and discharge hole.
13. To ensure the feed hole, vent value, catalytic chamber and blowoff valve are in the closed position.
14. Begin firing and warming, at the same time, open the inlet valve of dust removing device and open the draft fan.
15. To ensure all the cooling system and cooling water cycle are normal.
16. Heating and warming must stick to the temperature rise curve.
17. At the previous stage of heating, the pollution discharge of oil tanks and catalytic chamber must discharge once every 20 minutes.
18. When the temperature rise between 150 to 200 degree Celsius, start out of oil, prepare for starting the tail gas burning device.
19. Start the air blower of tail gas burning, open the air inlet valve.
20. Close exhaust vent valve.
21. Open the air inlet valve of tail gas burning device, to make this device running.
22. According to the situation of oil tank, use the oil well pump extract the oil from oil tank unscheduled.
23. On the field investigation, according to the temperature rise curve, when the oil no longer outflow, then stop heating and close the draft fan, to make the reactor cool down.
24. When the temperature shows below 45 degree Celsius, cooling over 1.5 hours. Open the vent valve of feed hole to exhaust for the reactor.
25. No permitted to open two vent valves of reactor at the same time, open the vent valve of catalytic chamber and start to exhaust.
26. After exhaust finished, closed the vent valve.
27. Adjust the position of discharge hole.
28. Open the discharge hole.
29. Turn on the reversal, switch of reactor, anticlockwise turn the reactor, begin discharge the carbon black.
30. After about 1.5 hours, the carbon black discharge clearly.
31. Turn off the cooling water pump.
32.Close all the inlet valve of cooling system.
33.Close all the inlet valve of tail gas burning device.
34.Turn off the air blower of tail gas burning device.
