1. Production scale:

2. Brief introduction:

Natural gypsum generally includes digydrate gypsum and anhydrous gypsum. In order to get the valuable material, we get semi-hydrated gypsum through heating the dihydrate gypsum. And the calcined semi-hydrated gypsum can be widely used for plasterboard, decorative gypsum board, gypsum block etc.

3. Main technology of gypsum powder production line:

1). crushing system: After artificial exploitation, gypsum mine will be broken by large crusher and then transported to factory. The crusher breaks large sized gypsum ore into less than 25mm.

2). grinding system: After store and conveyed, the gypsum ore are sent into mill for grinding. The working principle of Raymond mill is that grinding rollers tightly rolled on the grinding ring under the centrifugal force. Materials are sent between grind roller and grinding ring by shovel blade, and break into powder by grinding pressure. Then powder materials are blown into analyzer by fan, the unqualified fineness are sent to mill for grinding again. Materials from analyzer are transferred to cyclone separator for collecting.

3). calcining system: The qualified gypsum powder will be sent into fluidized bed furnace for dehydration. There are three types of heating: fluidized bed furnace, rotary kiln and vertical kettle. The calcined gypsum powder will be cooled to 80-100°C.

4). finished product package and store: The final powder will be conveyed to warehouse for storing 3-7 days. Then they can be packaged or further processing.

4. Final product performance:

a. the quality of gypsum powder equals or passes over the National Standard GBT9776-2008;

b. fineness: not less than 80 mesh;

c. antiflex strength (it is related to the raw material) >1.8 Mpa, compression strength>3.0 Mpa;

d. initial setting time: 3-8 min (adjustable), final setting time: 6-15 min (adjustable)
