Introduction of PDC

PDC is made of diamond micro-powder and hard tungsten carbide under high temperature and high pressure. It possesses high wear resistance like diamond, and impact resistance like tungsten carbide. Thus we serve it the best material as a drill bit cutter. As using higher dense diamond powder, the reinforce one claw tungsten carbide substrate to make the two layers solid as the whole one.

Apllications

This kind of PDC is sintered by high pressure and temperature which is composed of diamond and tungsten carbide. It can be embedded into mine drill to use in shallow stratum drilling for it is economical and durable.
