Working process:

Feeding → Acid washing → Recycle water washing → Grind brush → Recycle water washing → High-pressure washing→ Running water washing → Blot up → Cold drying → Hot drying → Discharge

Application:

Four roller brush machine is professional equipment for pre-processing of printing circuit and solder mask it adopted high pressure pump and the pressure can reach 18kg/cm2, so the copper residue and dirt could be cleaned thoroughly.
