Principle:desiccant wheel industrial battery dehumidifier Use Japanese original cellular silica gel desiccant wheel, cylinder-shaped dial formed by the cellular structure, and then from burning ceramic silica crystalline gel to the desiccant zones and recycle in the area of renewable box, dehumidified air through desiccant district, the runner absorbed by the moisture in the air to get the dry air.

Note:1.In the glove box or dry room has the return air, nobody condition; 2.In the glove box or dry room condition: temperature 25°C, RH≤1%, dew point:-35°C~60°C.

1.Dehumidifying principle:

Adopt high performance cellular adsorption wheel,divided into moisture absorption area and

regeneration area.When wheel rotates,moisture in the air adsorb in the wheel micro hole,

make dry air into the indoor.When the moisture absorption wheel rotates to regeneration area,

at this time,regeneration air(warm air) from reverse direction will drive

moisture(wet air) absorption of the wheel to outdoor.Wheel repeat moisture absorption

and regeneration action,has no influence on air flow,can continuously provide dry air for indoor.

2.Environmental conditions:

There is no condensed water because of dry dehumidification method,

so dry dehumidifier can work at temperature -30°C~60°C.

3.Lower humidity:

Relative humidity can reach lessthan 1% for some specialneeds

because of adsorption dehumidification.

4.Environmentalprotection and energy saving:

Reach dehumidification purpose without any cold medium,save energy consumption.
