Main usage

This line is made up of Model QCK80A vertical type ultrasonic washing machine ,Model ASMRZ620/38 hot air circulation drying and sterilizing machine ,Model DGF16/24 filling and capping machine ,which is divided into washing area ,drying and sterilizing area, and filling and sealing area. The complete line can manufacture singly and combines with other machine and can complete the following procedures: watering ,ultrasonic washing ,clamping bottle with manipulator, turning ,flushing water ,air charging ,preheating ,drying and sterilizing ,cooling ,filling ,cap-arranging ,cap-feeding ,capping .
