Operator console QTC3 ( small size)

Working conditions:

*Rated supply frequency AC 50Hz (60Hz)

*Rated voltage 380V (440V) or lower

Functions:

*to start, brake, control the speed & rotating direction of crane motors

* to control different crane motors simultaneously

Design feature:
*The Control Consoles are modular design, which can be easily and quickly installed and maintain in crane cabin.

*Equipment box:sheet steel, textured varnish.Cabling is run though duct from equipment boxes in terminal block.

*Default brand of joysticks "Yagertec YGK5/YGK3" are comfortable to operate and have clear notches, with zero return and self intelock function.

*Potentiometer & encoder are optional.

*Default brand for contacts and buttons are Schneider , for its safe and reliable characters.

*The seat ZY05 is made of artificial & genuine leather material, with headrest and safety belt.

*The optional seats model is ZY03, with textil material and a headrest.The seat can be horizontally adjusted and backrest also adjustable.

*Manual adjustments(ZY05): seat horizontally and vertically. Inclination of cushion,weight setting, with backrest, armrest also adjustable.

*Swivel base: optional. With spring loaded bearing. The max. rotational movement is 270 degree, stopped by friction brake.

*Other options: touch screen, displayer, sockets,meters, PLC I/O modules, transformers, relays, breakers, etc.

Order Notice

*Provide drawings and quantity when order.

*Provide electrical schematic diagram for control console and nameplate specification. If don’t have, we will produce by our standard.

*Provide wiring diagram, external dimension and installation dimension of electrical control panel and so on if electrical control panel and its supporting facilities needed.

*Please provide detail technical requirement & specification if special requirement claimed.

Notice for Usage & Maintenance

*Check the accordance between circuit and electrical schematic diagram before operating the operator console.

*Releasing the self-locking device on the joystick’s top while operating.

*Normally, you should clean contacts at least one time per year with alcohol and cotton.
