The Heavy Smoker collects mist particle greater than 0.3 micro meter at an efficiency rate of 99.93% right up to oily smoke levels of fine particles.Filters are installed in line in the unit to collect all particles from dense mist to miscroscopic levels.

Easy maintenance

One touch cassette system is installed so as to facilitate quick maintenance and inspection.It takes only 5 minutes to remove and remount the filter with no necessity of tools.

Our unique turbo fan was designed for quiet operation.Additionally, configuration design of the separated turbo fan and fixed filter prevents out of balance effects,when contamination sticks to the filter.

Processing sequence

ONIKAZE Heavy Smoker,collects mist thatcontains the cutting and grinding debris.

A curved metal plate is used as the buffer unit.The mist impinges at the metal plate.Liquit containing the mist sticks on the curved surface directed by the swirling air flow and shape of the buffer unit.The next step, the unit collects heavy sludge, such as dripping oil or grinding debris in the box at the bottom of the unit by the force of gravity.This unique configuration for initial catchment was designed to reduce the load on the filter.

Double configuration design of louver (armored buffer plates) and filters

The louvers (armored buffer plates) are installed vertically and horizontally in the box-shape louver unit, in order to remove heavy particles (swarf or powdered dust) as well as reducing the load on the filter.In addition, installation of the filter in the louver unit efficiently removes dense mist.

Self-cleansing action and high wind power, effectively collects microscopic particles

Powerful air flow generated by the turbo fan efficiently enhances mist absorption in the drum shap filter, and then squeezes it out of separated turbo fan and fixed filter ensures low vibration and noise levels.The configuration eliminates unnecessary balance adjustment thereby saving maintenance labor.
