YW41 Series C-type Hydraulic Straightening Press is a kind of multifunctional machine which has strong generality. It is suitable for the straightening of shaft components and axle sleeve parts as well as the movements of coining and overprinting. At the same time, it mainly applies to the straightening of screw, rack, circular shaft, circular tube, strip steel plate, I-shaped steel, C type steel and welded circular tube as well as the straightening of deformed parts after heat treatment. And the pressure, stroke, and speed of axle, motor axle, crankshaft, connecting rod, torsion bar and transmission shaft can be regulated. The worker steps on the switch to operate and this equipment straightens and tests with human assistance. The accuracy of straightening is between 0.05mm and 0.1mm.

1. This machine tool is mainly composed of bed, cylinder, hydraulic system, working platform and so on. The machine tool bed looks like the letter “C”, which is welded by steel plates. Through tempering, it eliminates stress to prevent the machine tool from deforming. The closed oil tank is installed at the bottom of the machine tool bed and the oil level is shown by the oil pointer. The motor, oil pump and hydraulic system are installed in the inner side of the body, which is simple but beautiful.

2. The electrical cabinet is at the right side of the body and the electrical components all adopt well-known brands. And the operation employs centralized control with button inching operation and semi-automatic operation of foot switch. There are two operation modes (Adjustment and Auto), which is more practical and simpler. Also, there is protective screening at both sides of the body. With the security light curtain protector, the operators can be protected when they are working. The control voltage of machine tool is the low voltage of 24v, while the access general power can be set according to the needs of clients, such as 220v, 380v and 410v. The equipment is produced under the strict requirements of CE, so the quality is good and reliable

Operation description

A-----Adjustment: plug in---turn on operation power---start oil pump---push the buttons “Work” with two hands---hydraulic cylinder down---push the button “Return”---hydraulic cylinder return.( This operation is used to regulate stroke, pressure and mould.)

B-----Auto: convert button switch into auto---step on foot switch---hydraulic cylinder down---to lower limit and stop---loosen foot switch---hydraulic cylinder return---to upper limit and stop. Repeat such operation to straighten workpieces. (This operation is used when in mass production.)
