Performance characteristic

Simple operation: adopt the samehandle to realize dampening and ink supply and composite press printing operation in steps; control the composite press of impression cylisnder through electric eye to make the adjustment of composite press easier and more credible. Accurate position: adopt front guide and two-side glidewheel pull guides structures to fix position; build the equipments to carry out the lateral minute adjustment of paper feeding table, the minute adjustment of guide plate at the side of paper feed and upper and bottom minute adjustment of plate and roller.

Separation of dampening and ink systems: separate the dampening and ink supply systems; freely adjust the volume of water and ink, and meet the requirements of different printed matters about ink and water. It is more suitable for color chromaticity printing. Predetermined count: adopt the electromagnetic predetermined counter; preset the printing number. After finish the predetermined printing number, it can automatically stop paper feed. Double-sheet detection and double-rotation: double-sheet controller can effectively control double sheets and multiple sheets, and automatically eliminate double sheets and multiple sheets without interrupting the printing job. Double-rotation function controlled by electric set can effectively guarantee the thorough dry of special printings and ink.
