Brief Introduction:
Based on the most advanced technology of the world, a new generation of TMR (Total Mixed Rations) fodder cutting and mixing machine was developed, which can mix coarse fodder like silage, straw and alfalfa together with concentrated feed, minerals, vitamins and other additives in perfect ration completely by means of stiring, cutting and kneading. The fodder made by this machine will provide sufficient and proportationate nutrition for cattles.
New Advantages:
1. An iron hoop was added on the top of the box to prevent processing materials from overflow so as to enlarge the volume as well as keeping the machine firm and stable.
2.Grade two reducer equipped which will increase torque output, minimize noise, keep the machine stable and extend the durability.
3.The auger blade was designed lubricant free which could minimize fault rate.
4.Material outlet was controlled by independent hydraulic pressure so as to control the outlet volume optionally.
5.Electronic timer guarantees well time control of stirring.
6. The machine was painted with enamel paint which will keep the machine from corrosion.
